Do I need to sign a website maintenance contract?
No, we will never ask you to sign a contract for monthly website maintenance. You can end your service agreement at any time – however, Combustible is not responsible for any vulnerabilities or security breaches that occur after you terminate your maintenance plan.
Will I pay a different website maintenance price if Combustible did not design my website?
Absolutely not! We have a few different website maintenance plans on offer, and everyone can expect to pay the same monthly costs – whether or not their website was created by our web design agency.
Can I use Combustible’s web maintenance services if I do not have a WordPress website?
No, our maintenance services are only compatible with WordPress sites. If your site was built on another platform, it will unfortunately not be eligible for this program.
Do you charge the same price for every type of website?
Yes: even if you have a customized theme or heavier site, our WordPress maintenance rates are the same for everyone.
Does your website maintenance price include changes to my site?
No: our maintenance plan does not include changes you want to make to your website, whether they’re content modifications or more in-depth changes to the site’s CSS. If you do need to modify your site, we always provide our clients with full CMS access so they can remain as independent as possible. However, if you would like one of our website designers to help you implement more complex changes, our team is at your service. Our hourly rate is $100 CAD.
